Procedures and Planning

2. Contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a price estimate.
3. As appropriate, we will visit you and the site and discuss your requirements.
4. If applicable, we undertake the planning submission.
   • Planning is required on all buildings over 4m high. This is a service that Courtyard Designs has been offering it's clients since 1991 and we are very knowledgeable about both the likelihood of getting permission for specific buildings and the procedures required. This is free to our customers on payment of a 10% deposit, which if planning is refused, is refundable, less expenses.
5. Once we receive your order, we arrange a mutually convenient date for the building to be erected, usually 8 - 12 weeks from order placement.
6. We supply the ground work specification and introduce our affiliated ground workers.
7. We deliver, erect and roof your building in just a few days using our own driver and site teams
8. On completion we leave a clean and tidy site.
9. We provide you with the security of a 10 year guarantee against structural defects, faulty workmanship and/or materials, backed up by our 17 years of quality workmanship and reputation.
